Using the website
This website introduces The GraceMade Collective’s services and provides inquiry and class-registration links. Browsing or clicking a link does not sign a project agreement, authorize a charge, reserve an installation date, or provide marketing consent. Do not use the website or forms to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or interfere with the service.
Project scope and booking
Services, quantities, materials, tree provision, access requirements, travel, dates, price, and payment requirements are set out in your written proposal or agreement. Installation, takedown, storage duration, item ownership, inventory handling, return arrangements, and client-owned décor responsibilities must be specified for the project. An inquiry or consultation alone does not reserve an installation date.
The written project agreement governs agreed project details. It should be provided before a required payment or signature. This website does not create an undisclosed deposit, nonrefundable fee, automatic renewal, or recurring charge.
Floral projects
Confirm materials, design preferences, quantity, vessels, delivery or collection, timing, substitutions, and cancellation terms in writing. Fresh flowers and custom work require project-specific planning; this website does not declare all floral purchases nonrefundable.
The Designer Tree Formula
The advertised live virtual class is scheduled for November 13, 2026, 6:00–7:30 PM Central Time, and lasts 90 minutes. The virtual ticket price is $47 and includes the printable The GraceMade Collective Designer Tree Formula planning workbook. An in-person option is available as an optional $13 add-on ($60 total). Your Zoom link and instructions for using or gifting your ticket will be emailed after purchase. Confirm the complete amount and the written terms presented in checkout before purchasing.
Use accurate registration information so class access can be sent. Class access and the workbook are for the registered participant’s personal use. Do not distribute, resell, or publicly publish class materials without permission. Purchasers can request an accommodation using the contact details below.
A replay, recording, attendance certificate, individualized design service, or specific result is not included unless expressly stated in your purchase confirmation. Any proposed participant recording or public use of a participant’s name, image, voice, or work requires separate notice and appropriate permission.
Cancellations and refunds
Read our refund and cancellation policy before purchasing or booking. Project-specific terms must be disclosed in your written agreement. Nothing here limits cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Optional promotional email and texts
If you choose to subscribe, The GraceMade Collective may send promotional emails or texts about services, classes, and seasonal offers. Email and text consent are requested separately. Text messages may be sent using automated technology only with the required permission. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop promotional texts and HELP for help. Other clear requests to stop are also accepted through our contact channel. Use the unsubscribe option in promotional email to stop those emails. Your choices should apply across our promotional lists, not just a single campaign.
Keep your subscribed contact information current and tell us if you no longer control the number. Marketing opt-in is personal to the person providing it. Opting out does not cancel a service or class registration. Essential service information may be delivered through another permitted channel.
Brand artwork and materials
The GraceMade Collective branding, website copy, and class materials may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Your project photographs and personal information are addressed by our privacy notice and any separate release.
