Who this notice covers
This notice describes The GraceMade Collective’s website, inquiries, floral and indoor Christmas projects, class registrations, and customer communications. Third-party services also have their own privacy notices.
Information you choose to share
Depending on the request, information may include your name, email, phone number, service or class selection, project location, requested dates, correspondence, décor preferences, and project photographs. Booking and purchase records may include agreements, invoices, payments, and transaction references.
Please share only what is needed. Do not include payment-card numbers, identification documents, access codes, medical details, children’s personal information, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry. Necessary site-access details should be arranged privately when the project requires them.
How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, plan and deliver projects or classes, schedule appointments, prepare agreements and invoices, communicate about orders, manage cancellations, keep business records, and address privacy or accessibility requests. Promotional email or texts require a separate, optional marketing choice.
HoneyBook and payment services
Our inquiry and registration buttons lead to HoneyBook. You can also choose to load HoneyBook’s forms on this website. Information you enter there is processed through HoneyBook and the service providers involved in the transaction. Payment information belongs in the designated checkout, not in an inquiry message.
You can read HoneyBook’s privacy policy. Video-class or other fulfillment providers will be identified when used to deliver your purchased service.
Website contact form
Our Contact Us form collects your name, email address, optional topic, and message so Melinda can respond. Cloudflare hosts and protects the form; Resend delivers the message to our business inbox, and Microsoft Outlook is used to receive and reply to it. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser and request information to help detect automated abuse. We do not use the contact form for advertising tracking. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy for their processing practices.
Sharing information
Information may be shared with providers needed to handle communications, scheduling, payments, records, and service delivery; with team members who need it for your project; or when required by law or necessary to address fraud, safety, or a legal claim.
We do not authorize the sale of customer contact lists. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers may process that information only as needed to operate communications for The GraceMade Collective.
Permission to use project photographs publicly is separate from permission to provide your service. We request a separate release before featuring identifiable customer spaces or people in our marketing.
Cookies and tracking on this website
HoneyBook forms load only when you open an on-page inquiry or registration section. Loading a form contacts HoneyBook and loads its placement pixel; HoneyBook’s cookies and privacy practices apply. Direct HoneyBook links are also available. Our website does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts in its own source. Online hosting may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the website.
We will update this notice and provide any required choices before introducing optional tracking. This notice does not describe a cookie-consent system that has not been installed.
Email and text choices
Submitting a request, buying a ticket, or providing a phone number is not consent to promotional messages. Email and promotional text choices are separate and optional. You can decline marketing and still inquire, purchase, or receive your service.
Promotional emails will include an unsubscribe option. For promotional texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; you may also contact us using the details below. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. See our messaging terms.
Opting out of promotions does not cancel your purchase. Necessary confirmations, invoices, and service information may still be delivered by permitted methods. A request to stop texts will be respected; essential information can be provided by another available method.
Retention and safeguards
Our retention approach is to keep information only as long as needed for your request, service, business records, applicable legal duties, or a dispute. A limited record of opt-outs may be kept to avoid sending unwanted marketing. Access is limited to people and providers who need it. No website or communication system can promise absolute security.
Your requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, or ask us to stop optional processing. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Some records must be retained for legal, accounting, transaction, or dispute purposes; we will explain applicable limits.
If an applicable privacy law provides a response deadline, appeal right, or other protection, we will follow it. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, we will respond to an authenticated request within 45 days; a necessary extension of up to 45 additional days will be explained within the initial period. An authorized representative should explain their authority without sending unnecessary identity documents.
If a privacy request is denied, you may appeal through the same contact details. Identify the message as a privacy appeal and include the request reference. We will provide the reason for our decision and the appeal information required by applicable law. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, an appeal decision will be provided within 60 days. Texas consumers can also contact the Texas Attorney General about privacy concerns. You will not be required to subscribe to marketing or create a new account to make a privacy request.
Children
Inquiries and purchases should be made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
