The Designer Tree Formula masterclass
You may cancel for a full ticket refund if we receive your request within 24 hours of purchase and before the class begins on November 13, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central Time. The refund window ends at the earlier of those two times. After that window, tickets and missed attendance are not refundable, except for a cancellation by The GraceMade Collective or qualifying reschedule described below, or where required by law.
If The GraceMade Collective cancels the class, we will issue a full ticket refund. If we reschedule and you cannot attend the new date, you may choose a full refund instead of moving your registration. These protections do not limit any additional rights provided by law.
Send refund requests by replying to your registration correspondence or emailing melinda@thegracemadecollective.com. Include the purchaser’s name and order or registration details. Do not send payment-card numbers.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears; a cancellation deadline is not a promise that funds return within 24 hours.
Christmas design, installation, takedown, and storage
Your written agreement must explain cancellation and rescheduling deadlines; whether any planning fee, retainer, or material purchase is refundable; how completed work and approved commitments are treated; and how remaining funds are returned. These terms depend on the agreed project and must be provided before payment.
This website does not establish a blanket nonrefundable deposit or permit undisclosed cancellation charges. Request a cancellation or date change in writing as soon as possible. Storage duration, fees, return or collection, and notice requirements must be agreed separately. We do not assume that stored client-owned items may be discarded or sold.
If The GraceMade Collective cannot carry out agreed work, we will discuss a suitable alternative or address the unperformed work and unused funds under your agreement and applicable law. An alternative date requires your agreement.
Custom and sympathy florals
Fresh materials, approved sourcing, completed custom work, fulfillment timing, and substitutions may affect a cancellation. The applicable rules must be explained in the written order terms before payment. Contact us promptly about a cancellation or an issue with an arrangement so we can review the facts and any remedy available.

Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy takes away a right provided by applicable law. If a transaction requires a cancellation notice or other consumer disclosure, it must be supplied with that transaction. Website policy language does not replace required notices or your signed project agreement.
